Delete your account and your data
You can delete your App Acuarios account whenever you like, from the app itself or by asking us by email. Either way the same data is erased.
From the app (fastest)
- 1 Open the app and sign in to your account.
- 2 Go to Settings → Account.
- 3 Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.
- 4 The account and its data are deleted straight away; your session closes by itself and that email can no longer sign in.
By email
Write from the same address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We check that the request comes from the account itself and then run it.

- Your profile: first name, last name, email and phone number.
- Your aquariums, water tests, dosing records, inventory and consumption estimates.
- Your journal, photos, livestock, equipment, quarantines and expenses.
- Your reminders, your AI conversations and their usage counter.
- Your chat messages and your community posts.
What we keep and why
Only the paperwork for orders already fulfilled, because the law requires invoicing records to be kept. It is detached from your profile and used for nothing else.
How long it takes
Deletion from the app is immediate. By email, within 30 calendar days at most, and usually in under 72 hours. Backups rotate and are overwritten within 30 days at most.
